It is important that you spend time gathering or creating the information you require on the website, which can begin right now.  Spend time thinking about what your customers really want to know about your business and what makes you different from your competition.

We use a Project Management tool which we share with our clients.  It is there to be used, but if you do not like using the tool that is fine, it is there to give an open and efficient communication tool on the progress of the website project.  We will always communicate via email, for those clients that are not used to a Project Management tool.
